Who is behind Lifeline Finder
Radif Partners
Independent publisher of a free Lifeline eligibility checker built on the FCC rules and USAC's public data
Lifeline Finder is published by Radif Partners, a company that builds free tools on public data. This site is for households that need a phone or internet line and keep hearing about a “free government phone”: it answers whether they qualify for Lifeline, what the benefit is worth and where the application really goes, before anyone asks them for personal details.
What the site does
It applies the federal rules of 47 CFR Part 54 to a state, a household size, an income and a benefit, and returns the answer with the 2026 limit and the margin. It lists the companies approved in each state and ZIP code from USAC open data, without ranking or links, computes the recertification calendar, checks whether a plan meets the minimum service standards and explains what replaced the Affordable Connectivity Program. Everything is free, needs no account, and what you type stays in your browser.
Where the figures come from
From the electronic Code of Federal Regulations, FCC orders and notices, USAC pages and open data, the HHS poverty guidelines and state commission publications. Every page links to the sources behind it, and the method page explains every computation.
What we are not
We are not the FCC, USAC, the National Verifier, a state agency or a phone company. We cannot take, check, speed up or approve an application, and we never ask for a Social Security number. The site uses no official seal or logo.
How the site is paid for
The site sells nothing, enrolls no one, takes no commission, collects no contact details and has no affiliate link to any company. If advertising is added one day, it will never sit inside a tool and cannot use what you type, which never leaves your browser.
