Something on the site looks wrong

Tell us the page, the figure or the rule, and the official text that says otherwise if you have it: an FCC order, a USAC page, a state commission notice. We read the source again, correct the data file and date the change on every page.

Your application, your phone, your account

We cannot see, file, speed up or cancel a Lifeline application, and we have no access to the National Verifier or to any company’s records. For an application or a recertification, the Lifeline Support Center run by USAC answers at 1-800-234-9473. For service, a phone or a bill, contact the company that serves you. Please never send us your Social Security number, your benefit letters or any other personal document.

Using a checker on your own site

Food banks, libraries, housing agencies and community groups can show the eligibility checker or the company finder in an iframe at no cost: see the embed page.
